Britney trounced by AARP rockers The Eagles
So much for her big comeback!
Despite earlier reports that she would top the charts, Britney Spears' new album 'Blackout' took the No. 2 slot on The Billboard 200 chart, behind The Eagles' latest record, 'Long Road Out of Eden,' Billboard.com reports.
The Eagles trounced Brit by selling 711,000 copies exclusively through Wal-Mart, to the troubled pop star's 290,000 copies, available at record stores.
That's gotta hurt.
'In the Zone,' Spears' last album of original songs, sold 609,000 copies in its first week.
