YORK -- The Sheriff's Office is investigating possible Ku Klux Klan-related graffiti found last week on a realty sign in the Queens Lake subdivision.

The letters KKK were found spray painted in orange paint across a William E. Wood sign posted at a residence on West Queens Drive.

So far no one has been arrested in connection with the graffiti.

This is the second time in recent months there have been signs of Klan activity.

In late May five people were arrested in connection with an incident on Water Street in Riverwalk Landing in which a group of people were assaulted by others who reportedly yelled homosexual slurs and made references to being in "311." The numbers are believed to be a reference to the Ku Klux Klan.

Help -- Anyone with information on this crime should call the Crime Line at 888 562-5887.
