JH will be fine please stop all the worrying. As long as he listens to #52 and Dick Cass before speaking to the press and choosing players before the upcoming draft, he'll be ok.

I have been impressed by Coach Harbaugh's energy and enthusiasm He seems to be a great motivator and communicator, which should have a positive impact on the Ravens team and fans.

I think he will do a very good job with this group, but I feel the expectation are very high with the players and fans. This is a group of players who are good enough to win the division next year. 13-3 was only a year ago, anything less then playoffs is a failure in many people's minds.

Ravens Head Coach
A few hours after the Ravens introduced John Harbaugh as head coach, Jim Harbaugh found himself rummaging through a closet in his home near the campus of Stanford University, where the latter Harbaugh wrapped up his first season as head coach.
After the Ravens made their biggest decision by hiring a new head coach, John Harbaugh now has his own hiring to do.
Ravens' New Coach
When John Harbaugh told his mother of his career choice, she wept.
The John Harbaugh Hiring
Midway through the Ravens' news conference introducing John Harbaugh as head coach, a reporter referred to the fact that owner Steve Bisciotti was searching for the next Hall of Fame coach.
On the first day of the John Harbaugh era, there was barely time for a handshake and a "Pleased to meet ya."
New Ravens coach John Harbaugh said all the right things during his introductory news conference yesterday, but the most important thing came out sounding like a well-worn cliche rather than a call to arms.
At 45, John Harbaugh has labored half his life in obscurity as an assistant coach, in colleges and the pros. The other Harbaugh, they call him. Jim Harbaugh, his brother, is the head coach at Stanford University and a former NFL quarterback.
Maybe in a week or so, owner Steve Bisciotti will huddle with his top officials and make sure the Ravens' front office is headed in the same direction again.

Rex Ryan left Ravens headquarters yesterday before the team introduced John Harbaugh as head coach.
John Harbaugh was hired by the Ravens yesterday in a bold move that gives the longtime assistant coach his first head-coaching opportunity.
On The Hiring Process
So much for the mistaken notion that the Ravens did not have a Plan B.
Commentary
Not that Jason Garrett isn't making enough money now, but the Ravens should send him a bonus. A thank-you for not taking the head coaching job. A token of appreciation for sparing the franchise a big potential headache and, possibly, for opening the door to a better candidate.
The Ravens are in negotiations with Rex Ryan to keep him as the defensive coordinator on new coach John Harbaugh's staff, an NFL source said.
On Bisciotti's Decision
Not when the veteran quarterback or hotshot running back was acquired.
The Players Speak Out
His brother Jim is more familiar to his newest players, but news of John Harbaugh's ascent to the Ravens' head coaching vacancy was well received by several players last night.
"I'm not happy about it. I don't think it was a good decision at all. This guy, he's not even a coordinator. It doesn't make any sense. They should have went after a guy like Marty Schottenheimer."
