Co-defendant in Vick case gets 2 months

RICHMOND, Va. - U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson sentenced Tony Taylor to two months in prison yesterday for his role in a dogfighting operation that involved suspended Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick.

Vick received a 23-month sentence this week. Last month, two other co-defendants were sentenced, one to 18 months, the other to 21 months.

Prosecutor Michael Gill had recommended that Taylor, who gave prosecutors most of the gruesome details about the dogfighting enterprise, serve only probation.
