Head to San Francisco for the 13th Hardly Strictly Bluegrass in Golden Gate Park. More than 40 acts will take the stage, including Loudon Wainwright III, Billy Bragg, Boz Scaggs, Dave Alvin and Natalie Maines. The festival starts Friday (with a kids program 10:30 a.m. to noon featuring M.C. Hammer and Poor Man's Whiskey) and runs to Sunday. And it's free.
