Archaeological excavation at the Ravenscroft site--9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m., corner of Botetourt and Nicholson streets. Watch the excavation of an 18th century site by Colonial Williamsburg archaeologists and archaeological field school students, weather permitting. No tickets required.

Cobham Consort in concert--Presented by the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation at 7:30 p.m. at the Kimball Theatre. The consort brings together three long-time performers of 17th and 18th century popular music who have more than 75 years in combined experience playing songs and tunes enjoyed in colonial Virginia.
