With over 30 years experience in the financial markets. Mike began his career with a Fortune 500 public utility company, where he was responsible for all cash management functions for the holding company and its three operating subsidiaries. As the Manager of System Corporate Funds he was responsible for short term credit facilities and all short term investments of the corporation, which at times totaled over $100 million.
His responsibilities included the development and maintenance of all short-term cash forecasts which were vital to the development of the overall financing strategy of the corporation.
Mike joined Bank One, Chicago, in their Utility Group as a Vice President and Treasury Management Officer. He was responsible for the Treasury Management relationships for most of the major electric utility companies in their Eastern Market from Maine to Florida. After the Bank One JP Morgan merger, Mike was assigned to the Oil Gas & Power group, and served in the same capacity as Vice President and Treasury Management Officer.
Mike transitioned from the corporate environment to the private investment arena as a Financial Representative with another Williamsburg investment firm and was instrumental in the development and maintenance of client relationships and in the design and implementation of investment strategies, tailored to the individual needs of the clients and focused on preservation of assets as clients prepare for their retirement years.
Mike is a Registered Financial Representative with LPL Financial and maintains his Series 7, Series 63, Series 66 and, Life & Health Insurance licenses.
Mike and his wife Jennifer reside in Williamsburg and enjoy being close to their daughter and grandchildren who also reside in Williamsburg
