Splashdown at Water Country USA
Here's some cool news!
Water Country USA is always worth the trip. It's the mid-Atlantic's largest family water play park featuring state-of-the-art water rides and attractions set to a 1950s and 1960s surf theme.
The park features several climate-controlled pools for guest comfort. You need to check out the huge wave pool. It's a blast.
For those who are really daring, there's the park favorite, Aquazoid.
Aquazoid is one of Water Country's largest rides. It combines spectacular special effects with a white water raft adventure.
A giant four-person rafts zips through the dark tunnel to a thrilling splashdown.
Those who like tamer adventures can try Hubba Hubba Highway, an interactive river adventure. Guests can "cruise" down this free-floating river ride through drenching coconuts and cool geysers.
Hubba Hubba Highway includes several action elements and a 2,000 square foot lagoon entrance. Measuring 1,500 feet in length and covering 3.5 acres, Hubba Hubba Highway is the largest attraction at Water Country.
If sunbathing is your idea of fun, you can stretch out on more than 1,500 lounge chairs.
The park also offers a surf and gift shop, seven dining establishments, locker rentals, bathhouse facilities and free use of life vests and inner tubes. In addition, American Red Cross-certified volunteers offer swim lessons to area residents each summer.
