Williamsburg’s longest running art show, Art on the Square, returns to Merchants Square for its 56th year April 28, 2019. The search for artists is underway, with the Junior Woman’s Club of Williamsburg now accepting applications on its website.
The annual juried show features more than 150 artists whose work spans painting, photography, jewelry, ceramics and beyond. Proceeds benefit visual and performing arts organizations across Williamsburg, James City County and York County.
Applicants submit three images of their work and one of their booth setup. A jury of four art professionals will evaluate submissions.
