Started three years ago by co-owners Victor Minichiello and Chef Ken Brown, Fat Tuna Grill takes care of its customers, said manager Jack Bertuglia. The restaurant remains open seven days a week, 365 days a year, and Bertuglia said restaurant staff arrive early each morning to prepare for the day.

“We are on top of everything,” Bertuglia said. The restaurant earned the award for Best Seafood in the “Best of Williamsburg” voting.

The food reflects that, with made-to-order dishes using local, top-quality ingredients. Bertuglia said some of the best dishes are the restaurant’s shrimp and scallops pasta, rib-eye steak and branzino, a Mediterranean sea bass.
