Born from a group of Western movie fans and perpetuated by a love of Hollywood’s Golden Age, the 20th annual Williamsburg Film Festival returns March 9-12 to the Holiday Inn Patriot.

Presented by the Williamsburg Classic Film Guild, the festival will screen 16 mm films in two viewing rooms, starting Wednesday.

The main draw, though, is the film and television stars. Guest stars participate in interview panels with film historians, and they also mingle with guests. Though subject to change, this year’s lineup includes Robert Fuller, Terry Moore, Jacqueline Scott, Roberta Shore, Don Collier and more.

Also within the Holiday Inn, a “Dealer’s Room” will house memorabilia, including posters, comics, films, toys, books, records and autographs. This is where stars will be for autographs, photos and conversation, at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, from 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Friday and 9 a.m.-noon, Saturday.

The festival features live entertainers each night, wrapping up with acclaimed Western musicians Belinda Gail and R.W. Hampton, who will the Saturday Night Dinner Show.
