Custer’s First Stand: George A. Custer at Williamsburg: Historian Carson Hudson chronicles the surprising activities of the general in and around Williamsburg. 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg’s Hennage Auditorium. Included with museum admission.

An Evening of Celtic Mayhem: Fiddlers Green opens with traditional Irish tunes, followed by a fast-paced set from Poisoned Dwarf. Food trucks and drinks will be onsite. 6-9 p.m. Friday at the Watermen’s Museum, Yorktown. $5 for adults, 14 and under free.

The Williamsburg Charity Concert Series Presents Code Blue: The energetic bluegrass band provides fun music for all ages. 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Kimball Theatre. Tickets are $20.

Two Drummers Smokehouse Anniversary Party: Celebrate the restaurant’s fourth anniversary with live music, a cornhole tournament and barbecue. Money will be raised for the James City County-Bruton Volunteer Fire Department. 2-7 p.m. Sunday at Two Drummers Smokehouse, 8864 Richmond Road, Toano. Bike and a Movie: Celebrate the end of Bike Month with one last ride around town and a screening of the Academy Award-winning film, “Breaking Away.” Meet for the bike ride at 4:30 p.m. at the Kimball Theatre and return for the movie at 7:30 p.m. Both are free.

Campfire Social: Celebrate summer with s’mores, activities, storytelling and more around the campfire overlooking beautiful Gordon Creek. 7:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday at Chickahominy Riverfront Park. Free.

An All-American Tea: Enjoy a private dining experience with an exclusive blend of tea and a special menu of muffins, scones, sandwiches and more. A scavenger hunt through the historic area follows. 1-3 p.m. Saturday at Christiana Campbell’s Tavern, 101 S. Waller Street. Tickets are $39.95.

Historic Trades Fair: Blacksmiths, potters, turners, carvers, spinners and more gather to showcase historical trades and sell wares. 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Jamestown Settlement. $17 for adults, $8 kids 6-12. Pints for Pits: The Virginia Beer Company teams up with Ring Dog Rescue, Nautical Dog and Gwendolyn’s Wish to raise money for our furry friends. Limited edition Pitbull-themed pint glasses will be available for sale. 4-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Virginia Beer Company, 401 Second Street. Free entry.

The Comedy Club Williamsburg Presents Beatty Barns with Kenny Wingle: Barns is known for his visual performances and characterizations of everyday events. He’s worked with the likes of Lewis Black, Sarah Silverman, Martin Lawrence and others. 8 p.m. on Saturday at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 50 Kingsmill Road. Ages 16 and up.
