Choral Concert: The chorus members of A Cappella Catholica are traveling from Frederick, Maryland, for a concert inside Colonial Williamsburg’s historic church. 8-9 p.m. on Saturday at Bruton Parish Episcopal Church. Free; a goodwill offering will be received.

The Tragic Death of Robert Routledge: Join historian Carson Hudson for an interactive recreation of the most controversial crime in 18th century Virginia, when merchant Robert Routledge was stabbed in public by Col. John Chiswell. Or was he? 4:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg’s Hennage Auditorium. Included with museum admission.

Grace Church Summer Concert Series: The Mullins Sisters bring their country and bluegrass harmonies to the Historic Triangle. 5-6:30 p.m. on Sunday at Grace Episcopal Church, 111 Church St., Yorktown. Free.

Old and New Garden Favorites: John McFarlane, assistant director of gardens and grounds at William and Mary, will talk about his favorite plants and local garden treasures from the Williamsburg area and William and Mary’s campus. 10 a.m. on Saturday at Freedom Park Interpretive Center, 5537 Centerville Road. Free; a $5 donation is encouraged.

Bastille Day Celebration: The area’s premiere French restaurant celebrates liberty the French way, with accordionist David Gussman performing authentic musette music and encouraging the crowd to sing along to French standards. 5-9 p.m. on Friday at Le Yaca French Restaurant, 1430 High St.

Josh Turner: With a rich, deep voice and distinctive style, Josh Turner is one of country music’s most recognizable hit-makers, and he’s coming to Williamsburg as a part of Busch Gardens’ Summer Nights Concert Series. 7:30 p.m. on Saturday at Busch Gardens. Included with park admission. Complimentary concert wristbands will be distributed on a first come, first served basis on performance days at the Concert Ticket Distribution Center located at the ticket windows across from Stroller Rentals.

Yorktown Sounds of Summer: Yorktown’s summer concert series, formerly called Shagging on the Riverfront, continues with a set by the Main Event Band. Bring lawn chairs and blankets. 7-9:30 p.m. on Thursday at Riverwalk Landing. Free.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream: StageLights Theatre presents Shakespeare’s timeless comedy about the marriage of Theseus and Hippolyta for all ages. 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday at Williamsburg Regional Library.
