Fiddle Music from Jamestown to Yorktown: Experience 174 years of Virginia’s music and history with David Gardner, an award-winning fiddler and historian. 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg’s Hennage Auditorium. Included with museum admission.

Grace Church Summer Concert Series: The series continues with the Something Different Duo, father-daughter pop artists from Gloucester whose work celebrates decades of music. 5 p.m. Sunday at Grace Episcopal Church, 111 Church St., Yorktown. Free.

Scottish Stories: Storyteller Donna Wolf will bring gaelic tales to life and invite audience members onstage to help do so, as Celtic warriors and mean ogres become real. Suitable for all ages. 4:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg’s Hennage Auditorium. Included with museum admission.

Williamsburg Farmers Market: More than 40 vendors will bring meats, produce, artisan chocolates and more. Timothy Seaman will perform live music, the Master Gardeners will present an exhibit and the Power of Produce Club will provide fun activities for kids. 8 a.m. to noon Saturday in Merchants Square. Ice Cream Eating Contest: Grab your spoons and up to four friends, then compete to eat a 20-scoop Hershey’s sundae. First Assembly Commemoration: Travel 398 years back in time for the first meeting of the General Assembly to discuss and debate the laws and issues on the colonists’ minds. Programs begin at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday at Historic Jamestowne’s Hunt Shrine. Included with paid admission to Historic Jamestowne.

MercyMe: Busch Gardens’ summer concert series continues with the contemporary Christian band, known for hits like “I Can Only Imagine.” 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Busch Gardens. Included with park admission. Complimentary concert wristbands will be distributed on a first come, first served basis on performance days at the Concert Ticket Distribution Center located at the ticket windows across from Stroller Rentals.

Yorktown Sounds of Summer: Yorktown’s summer concert series, formerly called Shagging on the Riverfront, concludes with a set by Band of Oz. Bring lawn chairs and blankets. 7-9:30 p.m. Thursday at Riverwalk Landing. Free.

“The Hunchback of Notre Dame”: The young performers of Centerstage Academy bring to life elements from Victor Hugo’s classic novel and Disney’s animated musical in one of their most ambitious productions yet. 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the James-York Playhouse, 200 Hubbard Lane.
