A chilly drizzle didn’t damper the spirits of those who showed up to attend the annual Home and Garden Tour, sponsored by the Williamsburg Garden Club as part of Historic Garden Week. Hundreds of people donned rain gear and brought umbrellas to see properties in the Conservancy neighborhood as well as buildings and gardens at Colonial Williamsburg.
