Williamsburg’s Busch Gardens will debut a new feature of its Howl-O-Scream series: Patrons can enter the Escape Room Experience, where a group has 30 minutes to find clues that will allow them to leave a room rife with traps and features meant to scare.
The Howl O-Scream starts this year on Sept. 23 and will run Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays through October 30. Tour prices run from $85 to $200. Howl-O-Scream activities start after 6 p.m.
This year’s version has a new scare zone called Sideshow Square, and a new Haunted House called Circo Sinistro.
Families should take into account the environment of the park if they choose to bring kids along in the evening.
