A Community Christmas Service will take place on Sunday, December 13, at 6:30 p.m., at the Williamsburg Christian Academy on 101 School House Lane in Williamsburg. Participating in the service are clergy, musicians, and lay people from the upper James City county partnership churches: Hickory Neck Episcopal Church, Life Point, Olive Branch Christian Church, Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, Stone House Presbyterian Church, and Williamsburg Mennonite Church. This group - the Upper County Ministerium - headed by Rev. James P. Nickols, came together in the spring of 2015 and is building a new tradition of jointly-led events, which include Lenten services in the spring. All are welcome!
