A WALK IN THE HABITAT

A WALK IN THE HABITAT
Come join Sue Voight on Sunday, April 2nd, at 2:00 p.m. to look for signs of spring in the native plant garden at Stonehouse Elementary School, 3651 Rochambeau Drive (Route 30) in Toano. As Habitat Caretaker, Sue will help you to discover early blooms on the small trees, shrubs, and wildflowers. If the afternoon is a warm one, you'll see a few early butterflies feeding on nectar. Please park in the school bus parking lot near the far end of the school building. No registration is necessary but if you have any questions, contact Sue at svoigt1@cox.net or call her at 804-966-8487, or cell 804-815-6085. This event is sponsored by the John Clayton Chapter of the Virginia Native Plant Society and is free and open to the public!
