Antique Adventures of Williamsburg on Jamestown Ferry

Pictured are the members of Antique Adventures of Williamsburg who exited the tour bus traveling on the Jamestown Ferry to visit Bacon's Castle in Surry. Built in 1665 by Arthur Allen, a Surry County farmer, Bacon's Castle is the oldest surviving brick dwelling in North America. Lunch was at the Smithfield Inn and the next stop was the fully restored St. Luke's Church, an almost 400-year-old beautiful brick building situated on over a hundred acres near Smithfield in Isle of Wight County.
