According to WCAC President Janis Wood, "For 58 years, we have presented high quality contemporary exhibits for Williamsburg residents and visitors, and offered numerous outreach and educational opportunities for all age groups. We have grown from a small gallery into a full-blown art center. Our name-change in 2015 reflects what we have become - promoters and nurturers of art, artists, and artisans of today."
