Bruton HS Marching Band Starts Annual Citrus Sale

The award-winning Bruton High School Marching Band has begun its annual sale of fresh Florida citrus. Proceeds will benefit the band's purchase of a trailer for hauling equipment and instruments.

Orders may be placed from Tuesday, 20 September, through Tuesday, 4 October. Early orders are strongly encouraged!

Individual boxes of Sweet Florida oranges, grapefruit, and tangelos -- as well as a boxed mix of navels and graprefruit -- are sold in boxes of 10 pounds for $22 and 20 pounds for $27. Two varieties of fruit trios (12 pieces each of navel, grapefruit, and tangelo; or 12 pieces each of navel, grapefruit and apples) are available for $30. (Prices listed are for Williamsburg pickup; prices are higher if they are shipped to recipient as they will include shipping fees.)

Interested? Please email for further details and to place your order.

You can pick your order up at Bruton High School, 185 East Rochambeau Drive, Williamsburg, VA 23188, before Thanksgiving. An exact date will be confirmed and communicated to you once the final orders are turned in to the farm. Students will be present to help you load the fruit into your car.
