Bruton Parish Episcopal Church and Habitat for Humanity Groundbreaking!

Bruton Parish Episcopal Church, Thrivent Financial and 30+ churches celebrated a Groundbreaking on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Howard Drive in Grove for a new home to be built for the Fletcher family. Habitat homebuyers must have income between 45-80% of the area median income, excellent credit and the ability to pay for their new Habitat home. The Fletcher family will buy this home from Habitat with a zero-interest, 30-year mortgage carried by Habitat. The Fletcher family monthly mortgage payments will then be recycled to build more Habitat homes.
