The Saint Andrews Society of Williamsburg invites all to join us for Burns Night to celebrate Scotland's greatest poet with Highland Dress, Haggis, Scotch, Pipe Music, and more.
This year's Burns Night Supper is on Saturday, 27 January at the Fort Magruder Hotel, Richmond Hall. The evening begins with cocktails at 6 p.m. (Cash Bar) and Dinner at 7 pm. In addition to the traditional Burns Night fare of Haggis, Neeps, and Tatties; the meal will start with Cock-a-Leek Soup, your choice of salmon or marinated flank steak, and a Scottish Trifle. Dinner wines, water, tea and coffee will be available.
The Williamsburg Pipe Band will be providing entertainment as well as a fiddler, various singers, and readings of poetry.
There will be a silent auction with many different items for sale to include a "kilted catered dinner for 8!". There will also be raffles for Scotch.
