Williamsburg Landing worker finishes Leadership Academy

Williamsburg Landing announces that Scott Richardson, senior director of resident services, has graduated from LeadingAge's Leadership Academy. LeadingAge, an association of 6,000 not-for-profit organizations dedicated to making America a better place to grow old, sponsors the leadership-development program designed to strengthen nonprofit leadership in aging services.

Richardson is the second employee from Williamsburg Landing to achieve this honor in the senior living industry. In 2012 Ben Puckett, executive vice president and chief operating officer, was the first in the state of Virginia to graduate from the Leadership Academy.
