Heritage Humane Society is pleased to announce Chesapeake Bank as the presenting sponsor for the 5th Annual Make Par for Pets Golf Classic that will be played Monday, September 19, at 1 p.m. at Colonial Heritage Golf Club.
Chesapeake Bank, which was the presenting sponsor for the 2015 Make Par for Pets Golf Classic, decided to renew its sponsorship for this year's tournament after last year's golf classic proved wildly successful. The 2015 Make Par for Pets Golf Classic raised nearly $30,000 for Heritage Humane Society.
"We are extremely grateful for Chesapeake Bank's continued sponsorship of the Make Par for Pets Golf Classic," said Heritage Humane Society Executive Director Kimberly Laska. "This golf tournament is one of our largest fundraisers each year, and having a presenting sponsor like Chesapeake Bank will allow us to put on the best tournament possible."
Registration is still ongoing for this year's golf classic. The individual golf registration fee is $100 and includes greens fees, cart rental, a boxed lunch, refreshments and a post-play dinner reception. Players may register individually or as a foursome by heading to www.heritagehumanesociety.org/golf. Registration ends Wednesday, September 14 at 5 p.m.
