Colonial Capital Kiwanis hears about Hospice House and Hospice

The Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital recently heard a program about Hospice House and Home Hospice Care presented by Heidi Crocker, Clinical Director of Hospice House and Erin Long of Kindred Hospice. Both ladies spoke about the kind of care available to patients who are faced with imminent terminal illnesses. Both organizations provide physical, emotional, social and spiritual support for both the patient and their families, making sure the patient is well cared for and that the families have an opportunity for an interlude in the stress of dealing with end of life care. Pictured above are Club President Jim Simpson, Heidi Crocker, Erin Long and Club member Rama Skelton.
