Colonial Capital Kiwanis hears from County Administrator

County Administrator Bryan Hill recently presented a program to the Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital and spoke about the many challenges the county faces in the coming years. Mr. Hill said that the chief challenge is the supply and distribution of fresh water to the many new residents and businesses and this must be considered in any planning for the county.
