Colonial Capital Kiwanis learns about early orbital reconnaissance program

The Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital recently heard a presentation about the history of a top secret orbital reconnaissance program titled the Hexagon KH-9 System that was conducted during the period of 1966 to 1986. The program was presented by Phil Presser who was employed by Perkin-Elmer (now United Technologies Corporation). They developed, designed and executed the activity and Mr. Presser was involved in all aspects of the activity. Pictured above are club member Ed Odachowski, Presser ad Carlo LaFiandra, a colleague of Mr. Presser.
