Colonial Capital Kiwanis learns about Restaurant ownership and management

Howard Hopkins, owner of the Food for Thought restaurant, recently presented a program to the Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital about the issues involved in owning and managing a restaurant. Mr. Hopkins discussed the investment issues, cost control, staff training, and keeping customers satisfied with food quality, service, and ambiance in their dining experience.
