Colonial Capital Kiwanis learns about United Way

The Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital recently heard a program about the local United Way presented by Elizabeth Parman, who is the Interim Director. Ms. Parman discussed the multiple missions of the United Way and disclosed the list of local charities who benefit from their donations. She mentioned that the United Way budget is hampered by declining workplace donations so their current challenge is to find a way to increase donations. Pictured above are Club member John Hite, Parman and Club President Pete Webster.
