CW Can at Times Resemble a Zoo

The JCC Rotary program last Tuesday featured Paul Bennett, overseer of the livestock and carriage operations at Colonial Williamsburg. It was suprising to learn of the knowledge and expertise required to manage these operations, especially when maintaining the degree of authenticity required by CW. Among the farm animals he is in charge of are various types of horses, cows, chickens, sheep, oxen, and, of course, famous dog Jefferson, of which there are several.
