National Call Dad is a national program dedicated to providing support for children who live in homes where there are no fathers. Our ultimate goal is to reconnect absent fathers with their offspring in an effort to strengthen the family unit. We do this through counseling, mediation services, location services and parenting classes. National Call Dad, a community-based, faith-based 501 C3 tax-exempt organization based in Newport News, Virginia but with a national footprint because of its programmatic success, also provides mentoring and support for children in fatherless homes. Our mandate is to reverse the staggering statistics that plague today's embattled youth by promoting standards of excellence that will change the social stigma of "at risk youth" to "at promise youth." We also help children whose fathers are incarcerated or deceased.
