Heritage Humane Society is honored to be chosen as the Ford's Colony Ladies Golf Association-9 President's Charity for 2016. Each year, Ford's Colony LGA-9 raises funds for a local charity around the Historic Triangle.
Through their generous fundraising efforts, Ford's Colony LGA-9 raised more than $2,500 for Heritage Humane Society. Ford's Colony LGA-9 President Carol Maginnis presented the check to Heritage Humane Society Executive Director Kimberly Laska in late August.
"We are extremely grateful for the money raised by Ford's Colony LGA-9," said Heritage Humane Society Executive Director Kimberly Laska. "We also look forward to hosting some players from Ford's Colony LGA-9 during this year's Make Par for Pets Golf Classic Presented by Chesapeake Bank."
