Grace Haven Family Shelter a new Outreach Program from GWOM

Mrs. Kim Barbarji briefed the Williamsburg Host Lions Club on one of the Newest Projects coming from the Greater Williamsburg Outreach Mission (GWOM). It's the Grace Haven Family Shelter which seeks to restore families to dignity and self-sufficiency, as well as to provide a safe place to live while families gain stability and obtain assistance in establishing a sustainable future.

Grace Haven Family Shelter is an emergency shelter serving families experiencing homelessness. Our mission is driven by the belief that every person should have comfort, a safe place to live, and access to amenities normally found in a loving home. Grace Haven Family Shelter is a project of the Greater Williamsburg Outreach Mission (GWOM), a coalition of area faith groups focused on making connections between families and services, as well as providing access to amenities and opportunities for those in need.

Mrs. Barbarji received a $200 donation after her presentation toward this new project.
