Friday morning, The Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce provided our community the opportunity to hear our state legislators speak on issues facing the 2017 General Assembly.
The panel included: Senator Thomas Norment, Jr., Senator Monty Mason, Delegate Brenda Pogge and newly appointed delegate Mike Mullin.
Topics such as education, commerce, growth and sustainability in the historic triangle provided a refreshing and empowering message for our community members whom were in attendance, as our legislators prepare for the General Assembly. A well attended and supportive forum provided by our community allowed discussion topics to take shape, and created a healthy "kick-off" for ongoing dialogue between our growing and thriving historic triangle along side of our state legislators.
We wish our state leadership well wishes as they head to Richmond for the General Assembly!
