James City County Administrator speaks to Kiwanis

Bryan Hill, the James City County Administrator, recently spoke to the Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital about the current status of the County governance. He commented on a variety of subjects including availability of fresh water, county infrastructure, economic development, handling of storm water, and long term planning and budgeting.
