Dianna Moorman, newly appointed Registrar for James City County, recently spoke to the Kiwanis Club of Colonial Capital. In her talk, she spoke of the preparations for the upcoming general election and addressed issues relative to the registered voter growth in James City, redistricting, absentee balloting and overall management of the election process in November.
Dianna moved from Texas to Virginia in the early 2000's and began work as a volunteer with the Office of Elections in 2004. She moved up to the position of Assistant General Registrar in 2006 and, prior to her current appointment, worked on all aspects of the office.
