James County Manger Addresses the Williamsburg Host Lions Club

James County Manger Addressed the Williamsburg Host Lions Club on changes that may be on the horizon in terms of County Water sources. The county is being asked to reduce it water requirements from the Aquifer from the 5.4M gallons each day to approximately 4.3M gallon per day. As a result, James County will either have to purchase water or begin to treat water from one of the local rivers. As General Manager of the Service Authority, Mr Powell oversees the provision of water and water resources to over 50,000 customers' county wide.
