Jim Icenhour, Vice Chairman of the James City Count Board of Supervisors, recently spoke to the Kiwanis Club about recent developments in the County. His talk covered three areas of interest: the "Tommy" tax as authorized by Senate Bill 942; the James City County budget; and the appointment of the new County Administrator. Jim's talk was well received by the audience and elicited numerous questions which he was able to answer to the audience's satisfaction. This is Jim's second term as a Supervisor: prior to the present he served from 2006 to 2013.
