Kevin Onizuk speaks to the Kiwanis of Colonial Capital

Kevin Onizuk, Chairman of the James City County Board of Supervisors, presented an overview of the major issues facing the County as it plans for the future. High on the list are school expansion, the fresh water supply and commercial and residential development. Kevin was happy to report that James City County has the highest possible bond rating which makes it easier to borrow money at a favorable rate when the need arises.
