Frank Stovall, who was recently appointed as Deputy Executive Director of Administration for the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, gave a talk to the Kiwanis of Colonial Capital. Mr. Stovall, came to Williamsburg from Clinton, South Carolina where he was the Assistant City Manager. His education; Virgina Tech (history and education), Clemson and the University of South Carolina (joint program in public administration) serves him well as he guides the Foundation though the changes planned over the next few years.
Kiwanis club members heard Mr. Stovall describe the offerings of the two centers overseen by the Foundation, the impact of tourism, the work they do to educate and inform, and the plans for development.
