Lions conduct vision screening at D. J. Montague Elementary School

James City Lions Club members screened 130 pre-school, kindergarten and third grade students at the school. Twelve were referred for further evaluation. These vision screenings were part of the 1862 screenings conducted in October this year with the help of the Williamsburg Host Lions Club. A total of 159 were referred for further evaluation. This is the third year that the Lions Clubs have worked together to screen special needs, Pre K and third grade students at the nine area elementary schools.
