Lions provide screenings at “Hands Together"

The Williamsburg Host Lions and the James City Lions Clubs jointly supported Hands Together by providing sight and hearing screenings for the attendees. Pictured (l-r) conducting screenings are Lions Joyce Wilson and Pat Kerr. Lion Doug Brown (not pictured) was project leader for the clubs. Hands Together is a community effort that provides support for Precariously Housed & Homeless who cannot afford or have difficulty sourcing shelter, food and medical care. It is supported by local businesses, nonprofit groups, faith-bases organizations and social services.
