Local Collaboration Leads to International Marketing Award

WILLIAMSBURG, Virginia - Two Rivers Country Club at Governor's Land along with MP&A Digital & Advertising and Legacy Productions received a 2016 Communicator Award for collaboratively producing a branded lifestyle video showcasing the private golf and waterfront community.

Overseen by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), the Communicator Awards is the world's largest and most competitive awards program honoring the creative excellence for communications professionals. This year's contest attracted more than 6,000 entries.

The video, which can be viewed online at GovernorsLand.com, includes 91 residents and 19 staff members, and has generated positive business results for the community. Representatives from the three Williamsburg-based entities are Scott Johnston, president and owner of Legacy Productions; Ken Underwood, CCM, general manager of Two Rivers Country Club; and Ann Hughes, executive vice president of MP&A Digital & Advertising.
