Home of Company President Mark Motley Sells for $1.3 Million
RICHMOND, VA (Sept. 7) - Mark Motley, President of Motleys Asset Disposition Group, went all-in for the launch of his company's new luxury residential sales division. The first home sold was his own, a 7,000+/- custom-built French Tudor in the exclusive Barrington West neighborhood in Henrico, Va.
"I was planning to list my home, and like any other seller, I wanted to get the highest price possible. I was also looking for a closing that fit my schedule, and I knew our new division could deliver on both counts," said Motley, President of Masterpiece. "I was thrilled with the results."
Offers on the home were accepted from Thursday, August 3, until Thursday August 10. The 5-bedroom lakefront home sold above appraisal for $1.3 million and closed in just 30 days-with no contingencies.
