Captain Ronald L. Ravelo, USN, Commanding Officer, USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN CVN 72, spoke a meeting of the Navy League's Williamsburg-Yorktown Council. Captain Ravelo addressed the Refuel and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) for USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN CVN 72 that is currently being conducted by Newport News Shipbuilding. RCOH, scheduled for completion in October 2016, includes refueling the ship's nuclear reactors, warfighting modernization, and upgrading of the ship's infrastructure.
