Five slots remain for the 2016 Williamsburg/James City County Master Gardener Training Program. Applications are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until Sunday, November 15. To be considered for the program, individuals must submit a completed application form along with a check for $150 (to help cover the cost of handbooks and course materials).
Classes will meet Monday and Wednesday mornings, from January 4 through April 7. Among the many topics to be covered in the training program are lawn care, landscape design, flower, fruit, vegetable propagation, water conservation, and soil, pest, and disease management,
