Williamsburg, VA - The Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center Board of Directors elected new officers and board members at its annual meeting for the fiscal year 2017 - 2018. They are Thomas Brownlie, chair; Anne Bradstreet Smith, vice chair; Ben Puckett, treasurer; Robert Dickler, chair, board education ad-hoc committee; Judith Knudson, chair, communications & development committee; Steve Vignolo, chair, planning & performance committee; James White, chair, governance & nominating committee and Dr. William J. Bennett, Dental Clinic Director.

New board members are: Camilla Buchanan, MD, MPH and David J. Masterson, MS. Dr. Buchanan was associated with Womancare of Williamsburg and currently is an Adjunct Faculty member at the College of William & Mary in the Kinesiology & Health Services Department.

Masterson has served as the president of Williamsburg Regional Medical Center since 2013. Prior to joining Sentara, Masterson was the chief executive officer for Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton, NC.

Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center was founded in 1993 by a group of concerned physicians and community leaders to provide quality medical and dental care to the uninsured and underinsured residents living and working in the City of Williamsburg, James City and York Counties. A community-based nonprofit medical center, Olde Towne continues to provide medical and dental care to 5,000 patients annually and will celebrate its 25th anniversary next year.
