The seventh installment of Dancing with the Williamsburg Stars was a night to remember. The dynamic group of 12 local stars, which included a superintendent, a shipyard contractor, three MD's specializing in surgery and anesthesia, a respected community volunteer, a designer/furniture guru and landscape business owner, put on a record-breaking dance show to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters and Literacy for Life. They broke all of DWTWS past records for a sold out show and raised over $120,000. With the funds raised, DWTWS was able to donate $50,000 to both Big Brothers Big Sisters and Literacy for Life. Event Chair Ken Johnston and committee members met with the head of both charities to present their checks.
