Presbyterians Study Christmas Story

On Saturday December 10th the men of Williamsburg Presbyterian Church will host a Christmas breakfast for all members of the Williamsburg community. The speaker will be Dr. Christopher Bechtler, Director of Music Ministries at the church. Chris will discuss the traditional Festival of Lessons and Carols for Christmas, a service of Christian Worship celebrating the birth of Jesus. The story of the birth of Jesus is told in short Bible readings from Genesis, the prophetic books and the Gospels, interspersed with the singing of Christmas carols, hymns and choir music. The program will begin 8:00 with breakfast in Stevenson Hall. All women and men are welcome. Please make your reservation by Wednesday, December 7th at the church office (1-757-229-4237). A donation of $5.00 will be requested at the breakfast
